Noting Mind States

Tune into and notice the stream of mind states–emotions, attitudes, mood, &/or altered states of consciousness.

Basic Instructions: Use a word or two to describe your current state of mind, which includes anything you'd normally identify as an emotion, attitude, mood, or altered state of consciousness. Example: "Confusion," "Sadness," "Anxiety," "Allowing," "Trusting," "Not Knowing," "Suchness"
