Just Noting

In the "just noting" practice one focuses on delving deeply into a single aspect of experience by using a unitary note.

Basic Instructions: As you feel moved, say "just" + a single word that describes one reliable aspect of experience you'd like to practice with.

Example: "Just Sitting", "Just This", "Just Feeling," "Just Hearing," "Just Seeing," "Just Breathing," or "Just Being"

Facilitators Note: It's important that the word you pick to explore is something which is persistent & universal, meaning it's an experience that goes on for everyone.
